Then came the fifth research- concerning the fatwa of prohibition and included: clarifying the terminator of names, presenting some of the sites that mentioned names and prohibiting them, and then clarifying three examples of the flags contained in the fatwa: then the study ended with a conclusion that included its results, which showed the insincerity of the fatwa prohibiting some names flags and naming them in Arabic. قامت الدراسة على أساس معالجة المشكلة التي قامت من أجلها وهي درء فتوى تحريم الأسماء الأعلام من الناحية اللغوية وبيان مدى صدقها فاقتضت أن تبدأ بمقدمة برز من خلالها مشكلة الدراسة وأهميتها ومنهج السير فيها ثم تلاها خمسة مباحث وضح من خلالها في المبحث الأول معرفة الاسم والمسمَي والتسمية وتجلية الخلط بينهم ثم المبحث الثاني- العَلَم وأحكامه، تلاه المبحث الثالث- أقسام العَلَم باعتباراته المتنوعة وصولًا للمبحث الرابع- العَلَم المنقول والعَلَم المرتجل برز من خلاله تعريف العَلَم المنقول، والأوجه التي يأتي عليها، وحكم العَلَم بعد النقل من معناه إلى العلمية. وتعريف العَلَم المرتجل، وأنواعه، ثم الغرض من اقتران (أل) بالعلم، فـ (أل) الزائدة. ثم جاء المبحث الخامس- ما يتعلق بفتوى التحريم وتضمن: توضيح المنهي عنه من الأسماء، وعرض بعض المواقع التي ذكرت أسماء وتحريمها، ثم توضيح ثلاثة أمثلة من الأعلام التي تضمنتها الفتوى: ثم انتهت الدراسة بخاتمة تضمنت نتائجها التي أوضحت عدم صدق فتوى تحريم بعض الأسماء الأعلام والتسميه بها في اللغة العربية. والتي بلغ عددها إحدى عشرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأسماء الأعلام- فعل التسمية – فتوى التحريم.
