واقع التكنولوجيا الداعمة لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الشركات الصناعية – دراسة حالة على الشركة السعودية للصناعات الدوائية والمستلزمات الطبية “سبيماكو” أنموذجاً – السعودية –

The world today is living in the era of technology that has encouraged and revolutionized many fields, including the industrial fields. This revolution has led to an expansion in the business world to lead to an overwhelming use of the latest technological solutions that where discovered all around the world, which therefore has led to an intense competition in the local and global markets. The need for industrial organizations to obtain accurate and timely data and information hastily contributes to decision-making and directs work more accurately and with higher quality. Therefore, we see that these industrial organizations that seek to develop, often refine systems thinking through the development in knowledge management and its application depending on its technology. From this standpoint, this study sought to shed light, examine and analyze the role of technology in the application of knowledge management, by choosing the Saudi Pharmaceutical Company, SPIMACO , as a model for industrial companies, to apply this study by polling a number of company employees، the study followed the survey approach, where the survey and interview tools were used. The entire study population consisted of (1223) employees, (320) were selected as a sample of the study.  The research reached a determination of the role of technology in the application of knowledge management in industrial companies, as it was found that the degree of availability of technical indicators supporting the application of knowledge management in this pharmaceutical company is of a ‘high’ availability. The study also came out with a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which was the continuation of the implementation of technical systems that allow the company’s management to communicate internal knowledge, plan and execute tasks easily that helps in extracting and circulating knowledge, and improving the current situation of the reality of employing the technical systems that is used in the process of measuring cognitive performance. يعيش العالم اليوم عصر التكنولوجيا التي أحدثت ثورة في مجالات عدة منها الصناعية حيث أصبحت جميع الأعمال في توسع وزيادة في استخدام أخر ما توصل إليه العالم من حلول تكنولوجية الأمر الذي أدى إلى احتدام التنافس في الأسواق المحلية والعالمية، وحاجة المنظمات الصناعية للحصول على بيانات ومعلومات دقيقة آنية تساهم في سرعة اتخاذ القرارات وتوجه العمل بشكل أدق وبجودة أعلى، لذا نرى أن هذه المنظمات الصناعية التي تسعى للتطور غالباً ما تقوم بصقل التفكير المنظومي وذلك من خلال التطوير في إدارة المعرفة وتطبيقها بالاعتماد على التكنولوجيا فيها.  ومن هذا المنطلق فقد سعت هذه الدراسة إلى القاء الضوء وفحص وتحليل واقع التكنولوجيا الداعمة لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة، وذلك باختيار الشركة السعودية الدوائية سبيماكو كأنموذجاً للشركات الصناعية لتطبيق هذه الدراسة من خلال استطلاع الرأي لعدد من موظفين الشركة، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج المسحي والنوعي حيث استخدمت أداتي الاستبانة والمقابلة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة الكامل من (1223) من العاملين بالشركة ومديري الإدارات بالشركة بالقطاعات والإدارات، تم اختيار (320) كعينة للدراسة حيث تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. وقد توصل البحث إلى تحديد واقع التكنولوجيا الداعمة لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الشركات الصناعية حيث تبين أن درجة توافر المؤشرات التقنية الداعمة لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة بالشركة الدوائية بدرجة توافر”عالية “، كما خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات كان أبرزها الاستمرار في تطبيق الأنظمة التقنية التي تتيح لإدارة الشركة التواصل الداخلي المعرفي والتخطيط وتنفيذ المهام بسهولة والتي تساعد على استخلاص وتداول للمعرفة، وتحسين الوضع الحالي لواقع توظيف الانظمة التقنية المستخدمة في عملية قياس الأداء المعرفي.  الكلمات المفتاحية: التكنولوجيا، تطبيق إدارة المعرفة، الشركات الصناعية، الشركة السعودية الدوائية سبيماكو.
