“شرح قصيدة عبد الله باشا” لعارف أفندي (ت: 1125هـ) – تحقيق ودراسة- 

The research aims to study and Verify a manuscript book entitled: “Explanation of the poem Abdullah Pasha” by Arif Efendi, a psychological manuscript written in the Ottoman era, which is an explanation of a poem praising one of the prominent figures, the book has linguistic, literary and rhetorical aspects The research was divided into two sections: the first dealt with the author, the poet and the description of the manuscript. The second section focused on the investigation. This research revealed the state of poetry in the Ottoman era, and how it was full of authentic poems that can be considered as good as previous eras   Keywords: Abdullah Pasha, Arif Effendi, Al- Otaibi, Sharh poem, Ottomans.                  

هَدِفَ البحث إلى دراسة وتحقيق كتاب مخطوط؛ بعنوان: “وشرح قصيدة عبد الله باشا” لعارف أفندي، وهو من المخطوطات النفسية التي كتبت في العهد العثماني، وهو عبارة عن شرح قصيدة يمتدح فيها قائلها أحدى الشخصيات البارزة، وقد احتوى الكتاب على جوانب لغوية وأدبية وبلاغية متعددة، وقد استخدم منهج التحقيق المعتمد في تحقيق هذا الكتاب، وقسم البحث إلى قسمين: قسم اعتنى بدراسة المؤلف والشاعر ووصف المخطوط، والقسم الثاني خصص للتحقيق، وقد كشف هذا البحث عن حال الشعر في العصر العثماني، وأنه يذخر بالقصائد الأصيلة التي يمكن أن تجعله في مصاف ما سبقه من عصور. الكلمات المفتاحية: عبد الله باشا، عارف أفندي، العتيبي، شرح قصيدة، العثمانيون
