قاعدتا الانعطاف والانكشاف

يهدف هذا البحث لتوضيح المقصود بقاعدتي الانعطاف والانكشاف وشرحهما، والتأصيل الشرعي لهما مع تحديد وجهة التقدير الشرعي، ومعرفة أثره الفقهي من خلال ضرب بعض الأمثلة الفقهية عليهما، وذكر مباحث التقدير عند العلماء ومرادفاته بأصول الفقه والفقه الإسلامي، وقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي، ووصلت الباحثة إلى أن التقديرات الشرعية منهج مهم في الفقه الإسلامي، ولابد للمجتهدين أن يأخذوا بعين الاعتبار مآلات الأمور، ومنعطفات الأحكام، قبل إصدار الحكم الشرعي.  الكلمات المفتاحية: التقديرات الشرعية –المقدرات الشرعية – الانعطاف – الظهور – الانكشاف – المآلات – القواعد الفقهية.
