التحليل المكاني لتوزيع البنوك والمصارف التجارية بمدينة حائل دراسة باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS)

Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the pattern of spatial distribution of banking buildings in the city of Hail, and it is a study using geographic information systems. The study dealt with the reality of the distribution of banks and commercial banks in the city of Hail. And commercial banks, as well as the historical approach in identifying the spatial development of banks and commercial banks in the city of Hail, and the study used some statistical methods and methods that were applied to analyze the data and draw conclusions from them. During which the coordinates of the geographical locations of the bank buildings were recorded, and the study relied on methods, the spatial average, the standard distance, the direction of distribution, and the central phenomenon. It had an effect on the distribution of banks and commercial banks in the city of Hail, the concentration of most banks and commercial banks in the center of the city of Hail, specifically in the airport neighborhood and the Subarea neighborhood, the study concluded that there is a central phenomenon of banks and commercial banks within the city of Hail in the Barzun district, and that the standard distance analysis came on the distribution The 41 neighborhoods, to represent the direction of distribution of most of the vocabulary of the phenomenon of banks and commercial banks in the city of Hail, which includes a group of 43 neighborhoods. The study showed that the northern and southern neighborhoods of Hail lack some banks and commercial banks.

The study recommended taking into account geographical criteria in the distribution of banking services and identifying new locations for banks.

It recommended the need to use modern technologies represented in geographic information systems in determining the appropriate locations for banks and commercial bank.

المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن نمط التوزيع المكاني لمراكز والمباني البنكية في مدينة حائل وهي دراسة باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية GIS. وقد تناول البحث واقع توزيع البنوك والمصارف التجارية بمدينة حائل، استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في التعرف على المؤسسات المصرفية، في وصف وتحليل نمط توزيع البنوك والمصارف التجارية، واستخدم البحث بعضا من الأساليب والطرق الإحصائية والتي طبقت تحليل البيانات واستخلاص النتائج منها، كما اعتمد البحث على مصدرين للبيانات، أحدهما البنك المركزي السعودي، وثانيهما: المسح الميداني الذي من خلاله تم تسجيل إحداثيات المواقع الجغرافية للمباني البنكية. واعتمد البحث على الأساليب الإحصائية التي تخدم أهداف وتساؤلات الدراسة، كـ المتوسط المكاني، والمسافة المعيارية، واتجاه التوزيع، والظاهرة المركزية، والجار الأقرب، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: إن نمط توزيع البنوك والمصارف التجارية في مدينة حائل حسب نتائج الدراسة الميدانية هو نمط التوزيع العشوائي.  تمركز معظم  البنوك والمصارف التجارية في وسط مدينة حائل وتحديدًا في حي المطار وحي الزبارة، توصل البحث إلى وجود الظاهرة المركزية للبنوك والمصارف التجارية داخل مدينة حائل بحي برزان،  وأن تحليل المسافة المعيارية جاء على توزيع الأحياء وعددها 41 حيا، ليمثل اتجاه توزيع معظم مفردات ظاهرة البنوك والمصارف التجارية بمدينة حائل المتضمن مجموعة من الأحياء وعددها(43) حيا، وأن أحياء شمال وجنوب مدينة حائل تفتقد لوجود بعض البنوك والمصارف التجارية التي تخدم سكان المدينة على الرغم من الكثافة السكانية في تلك الأحياء. وقد أوصى البحث بتوجيه البنوك والمصارف التجارية فتح المزيد من عدد الفروع لبعض الأحياء التي تعاني من ندرة الخدمات المصرفية كأحياء جنوب مدينة حائل.
