عمل المرأة في القطاع العسكري وأثره على العلاقات الأسرية – دراسة وصفية على عينة من العاملات في قطاع حرس الحدود والقطاع البحري بمدينة جدة –

Abstract: The work of women in the military sector has an impact on the family in general and on family relations in particular, so the study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of women’s work in the military sector on family relations in Saudi society, which is represented in her relationship with her parents, brothers and relatives, and the study was applied to an intended sample  The number reached (62) female workers in the border guard and maritime sectors in Jeddah. The study used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was the data collection tool.

By analyzing the study data, the following results emerged: The average of the “relationship with parents” axis for the study sample answers is equal to 2.182 This indicates that the study sample unanimously agreed that they “to some extent agree” ، and the average axis of “relationship with brothers” for the answers of the study sample is equal to 2.4401, and this indicates that the study sample unanimously agreed that they “agree”  , as the results of the study showed that the average of the “relationship with relatives” axis for the answers of the study sample is 1.7323, and this indicates that the study sample unanimously agreed that they “to some extent agree”).

Women’s work in the military sector and recommend conducting more research and social studies on the impact of women’s work in the military sector on family life from various other aspects.

المستخلص: لعمل المرأة في القطاع العسكري تأثير على الأسرة بشكل عام وعلى العلاقات الأسرية بشكل خاص، لذا هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير عمل المرأة في القطاع العسكري على العلاقات الأسرية في المجتمع السعودي، المتمثل في علاقتها مع والديها وإخوتها وأقاربها، وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة مقصودة بلغ عددها(62) من العاملات في قطاع حرس الحدود والقطاع البحري بمدينة جدة ،

واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وكانت الاستبانة هي أداة جمع البيانات، ومن خلال تحليل بيانات الدراسة ظهرت النتائج التالية : أن متوسط محور ” العلاقة مع الوالدين ” لإجابات عينة الدراسة يساوي 2.1820 وهذا يدل على أن عينة الدراسة أجمعوا على أنهم “موافقين إلى حد ما” كما أن متوسط محور ” العلاقة مع الأخوة ” لإجابات عينة الدراسة يساوي 2.4401 وهذا يدل على أن عينة الدراسة أجمعوا على أنهم “موافقين”، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن متوسط محور ” العلاقة مع الأقارب ” لإجابات عينة الدراسة يساوي 1.7323 وهذا يدل على أن عينة الدراسة أجمعوا على أنهم “موافقين إلى حد ما”،

وتوصي الدراسة بعقد ندوات من قبل متخصصين في الإرشاد الأسري لتثقيف وتوعية الوالدين والأقارب حول طبيعة ومتطلبات عمل المرأة في القطاع العسكري، وتوصي بإجراء المزيد من البحوث والدراسات الاجتماعية حول تأثير عمل المرأة في القطاع العسكري على الحياة الأسرية من جوانب مختلفة أخرى.
