اتجاهات الشباب الجامعي حول ظاهرة التنمر الإلكتروني – دراسة ميدانية بالتطبيق على مستخدمي (تويتر) –

The Studies aimed to know the perspectives of Saudi University Students on the phenomenon of Cyberbullying. We used an available sample of (300) young men and women of (Twitter) users from various universities in KSA, whom their ages are between (17-35) years using the Survey. The Studies used Descriptive Analytical and Field Survey Methods to evaluate the perspectives of university students on the phenomenon of Cyberbullying in Twitter. Most important results of the Studies are; the results of the Studies confirmed that Most samples at 90.7% were getting bullied, which confirms the prevalence of bullying and raises concerns. Most samples agreed that the large numbers of active fake accounts on Twitter at 88.3% is the most important reason of Cyberbullying prevalence. The results of the Studies showed that the most prevalent type of Cyberbullying was (direct bullying) at 79.7%. Most samples at 76% agreed that (bullying is a dangerous phenomenon on Twitter that requires taking firm procedures to stop it). Moreover, the Studies recommended the following; installing an application of (Kollona Amn) extensively by cooperating with telecommunications companies in KSA to provide citizens with all updates regarding security measures and deterrent controls. The applocation spreads awareness of rights and security measures between citizens to confront all electronic crimes including bullying crimes. Issuing more legislations and deterrent laws regarding cybercrimes and imposing penalties on bullies, in order to strengthen the importance of Law in our community service to preserve the safety of the individual and society. Using Cybersecurity to teach and show the youth and the younger generation the limits of liberty on Social Media by publishing documentaries, educational programs and advertisements on the most prominent used media in KSA. هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة اتجاهات الشباب الجامعي السعودي حول ظاهرة التنمر الإلكتروني، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام أداة الاستبانة. وأسلوب المسح الميداني لاتجاهات عينة من الطلاب الجامعيين حول ظاهرة التنمر الإلكتروني في تويتر. بالتطبيق على عينة متاحة قوامها (300) شاب وشابة من مستخدمي (تويتر) من مختلف جامعات المملكة العربية السعودية، والذين تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (17- 35) سنة، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة: أكدت أن الغالبية الساحقة من العينة قد تعرضت للتنمر بنسبة 90,7% وهو ما يؤكد تفشي ظاهرة التنمر بشكل يدعو للقلق. واتفقت غالبية عينة الدراسة على أن أهم العوامل التي تساعد على تفشي التنمر في تويتر (كثرة الحسابات الوهمية التي تنشط في تويتر) بنسبة 88,3%. وأظهرت النتائج أن أكثر أنماط التنمر الإلكتروني انتشاراً بالمرتبة الأولى (التنمر المباشر) بنسبة 79,7%. واتفقت غالبية العينة أن (التنمر ظاهرة خطيرة في تويتر تستدعي وقفة حازمة ضدها) بنسبة 76%. وأوصت الدراسة ضرورة تفعيل تطبيق كلنا أمن بشكل موسع من خلال التعاون مع شركات الاتصالات في المملكة لتزويد المواطنين بكافة التحديثات فيما يخص الإجراءات الأمنية والضوابط الردعية والتي تكفل للمواطنين الوعي بكافة حقوقهم وبالإجراءات الأمنية للتصدي لكافة الجرائم الالكترونية ومنها جرائم التنمر. وإصدار المزيد من التشريعات والقوانين الرادعة فيما يتعلق بالجرائم الإلكترونية وتشديد العقوبات على المتنمرين. وضرورة الاهتمام بالأمن السيبراني بتثقيف الشباب والجيل الناشئ عن حدود الحريات في الفضاء الإلكتروني وذلك من خلال نشر الأفلام التسجيلية والبرامج التثقيفية والإعلانات التوعوية على أبرز وسائل الإعلام المستخدمة في المملكة العربية السعودية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التنمر؛ التنمر الإلكتروني؛ الاتجاهات؛ الشباب الجامعي؛ مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
